Apple Store Price to Increase

The VAT price rise has come into play from today. VAT across the UK has jumped from 17.5% to 20%. Many retailers promised to hold the VAT hike until after January Sales. Apple Store VAT increase came into effect today. Apple online have increased the prices of their SIM-free iPhones. iPhone 4 16GB was £499.00 now £510, also the iPhone 3GS 8GB has seen a steady price increase through winter, rising from £389 to £428 on 15/01/2011
