Infinity Blade, the award-winning action RPG sword fighting adventure game is now available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Originally build using Epic's Unreal Engine 3, Infinity Blade looks fabulous on the iPhone's Retina display. The game has won several 'Game of the Year' and 'Top App' awards.
With fantastic visuals, exciting battles, and amazing gameplay, Infinity Blade takes handheld gaming to a new level. Game updates are expected to feature multiplayer mode with new weapons, environments, and enemy bosses. Players will be able to battle friends and other players online via the game center.
When Epic Games told the world that they had been working on an engine for iOS devices, nobody knew what to expect. Later, developer Chair and Epic presented a fantasy game with an evil King who is immortal. He has the Infinity Blade. You, the player, are the noble warrior avenging the death of his father who was killed by the evil King. Your goal is to kill the King, picking up treasures as you go along. Infinity Blade is an exciting game that never gets boring in spite of being repetitive and very easy to play. And addictive!
Infinity Blade focuses on mechanics and gameplay. You can level up your character as well as each bit of gear as you play, and this includes swords, helmets, magic rings, and shields to survive. The controls are intuitive and fun. What sets Infinity Blade apart is its ability to be played with one finger without groping around the touchscreen. Multi-play is still coming though, but when it does, Infinity Blade is likely to become one of the most strategic multiplayer games in the market. Other new features in the pipeline are additional missions and dungeons, weapons, and items. The game already has an update that raises the level cap. Obviously, a lot of people are enjoying the game and it looks like the publisher is fully supporting the game.
