iPhone Unlocking

With the advent of Orange and Tesco’s selling the iPhone, O2 has lost the iPhone exclusivity, as such you are entitled to legitimately unlock iPhones from today (10th November 2009). O2 has provided the service for users wanting to know how to unlock the iPhone. Unlocking can take up to 14-days before iTunes will confirm its synched and unlocked. Pay and Go customers have to pay a one-off charge of £15.00. This will let you use your iPhone with any sim card.

Tesco Mobile phones are locked to their network and Tesco’s will not have a system to unlock out of their poor network before 2011.
