Orange's customers can chat longer for less if they use "magic numbers," and also avail special privileges like discounted cinema tickets on Orange Wednesdays.
Customer service is an important consideration, when things go wrong you want a person to speak to, this is painless with Orange. Some providers deploy tactics to divert all customer care phone numbers (often dozens of helpful number) to one automated unmanned system when you call from your mobile - that's poor customer care.
Tariffs
As a part of a newly launched initiative, customers can add a Tethering bundle to their existing plan and get mobile broadband on their computer using the iPhone. All they need to do is to connect the iPhone on Orange to their computer and start browsing. A Tethering bundle includes an allowance of additional data usage while the iPhone is being used for Internet data going to a Laptop/Computer. Tethering bundles are only available to iPhones connected to Orange on an iPhone tariff.
On Orange pay monthly plans you can connect to Wi-Fi on BT Openzone and UK hotspots for free - with a fair usage policy of 750MB data per month (non-rollover). Should you wish to use more data and minutes, then on Orange you can bolt-on cheap bundles for 30-days.

So Orange users can download music, surf, send mails, flip through ibooks, or even multitask on the go in more locations than other networks cover. Even if a 3G signal is lost, then with Orange your smartphone will connect to the slower GPRS, or Edge network automatically.
